June 2009 Release (“Build 23”)

The major changes that have been made for “Build 23” are as follows:

1 CDO Despatches – Customer Direct Orders are no longer added to an ASN via the usual Create ASN screen. Instead CDOs are moved directly to a despatched status and this can be carried out after the orders have been acknowledged. Multiple CDOs can be despatched at once and this feature incorporates the ability to print all associated Delivery Advice Notes in one go.

2 ASN Creation Criteria – Combinations of hanging and boxed goods, and goods for different departments can now be combined onto a single ASN.

3 Simpler Multiple Manifest Printing – The multiple manifest functionality has been simplified.

4 Order Purging – To assist with housekeeping, orders which have been completed are more easily identifiable for purging in the Current Orders screen.
