Logging On

Logging on to www.mothercare.biz is an easy task. You will have been given a Username and a Password to access the system. Profiles have been set up to allow you access to certain areas of the system.

If you have your browser window open click in the address bar and type www.mothercare.biz and press enter. The screen below will be displayed.

Click on the link in the centre of the Login to: circle. This will take you to the supplier web ordering page shown below.

On the left of the screen there are two edit boxes marked Username and Password. Enter your details here and then click the Login button. If you have done this correctly it will take you to the Welcome Screen. If this does not work, try it again making sure you type it in exactly as is should be. The password is masked (appears as asterisks) so other people cannot see what you are typing.

If you don't want to type in the address every time you can bookmark this page. In Internet Explorer they are called Favourites, just select Favourites from the menu and then Add to Favourites, then type in the name you want it to display on the menu and click OK.

The next time you want to use the system you can just click the Favourites menu and select the item that you chose to call it.
